About this program
Provides financial support to approved class action plaintiffs for legal disbursements and indemnifies plaintiffs for costs that may be awarded against them in funded proceedings. Applications are accepted year-round and evaluated by the Class Proceedings Committee based on case strength, scope of public interest, plaintiff fundraising efforts, likelihood of certification, and available funds.
