About this program
This grant supports grassroots groups led by parents, guardians and caregivers to pilot a new project idea, research an issue or new concept, or strategize around an issue to support other parents, guardians, and caregivers. It addresses issues that impact family wellbeing, with YOF prioritizing groups serving Indigenous and/or Black communities facing systemic barriers. Recipients receive capacity building support through specialized coaching and mentorship.
