About this program
This grant supports collaboratives who create new frameworks that challenge systemic barriers for youth and improve access to services. It brings together organizations, grassroots groups, partners and communities to reflect on issues faced by youth and design approaches that will have lasting impact on systems. YOF prioritizes work addressing the experiences of Indigenous and/or Black youth facing systemic barriers.
