About this program
The Lytton Homeowner Resilient Rebuild Program provides grants to eligible Lytton, BC homeowners to rebuild homes following the devastating June 2021 wildfires. Grants support construction of fire-resilient homes ($27,000), fire-resilient and Net Zero homes ($24/sq ft + $77,000), or fire-resilient and Net Zero Ready homes ($24/sq ft + $44,500). Applications are accepted until December 31, 2026, or until program funds are fully committed.
