About this program
The Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP) Ecosystem Fund delivers $3.8 million in non-repayable contributions to strengthen the Black entrepreneurship ecosystem in British Columbia. Eligible applicants are incorporated, Black-led not-for-profit organizations that can deliver business support services — such as incubation, acceleration, mentorship, and networking — to Black entrepreneurs and business owners in BC. Individual recipients may request up to $3 million.
