About this program

The Leadership Accelerator, presented by Women in Music Canada with liaison partners ADVANCE Canada's Black Music Industry Collective, the International Indigenous Music Summit, and ArtHaus, prepares women and gender-diverse mid-level music industry professionals for senior management and director-level roles. The program includes 20 hours of case study learning, 1:1 executive coaching, 360 leadership analysis, and peer community support, with space limited to 15 participants. Enrolment is through paid company registrations and juried scholarships; the program is financially supported by RBC Bank and Ontario Creates.
