About this program

Cultivator's GROW program is a long-term accelerator designed for post-validation tech startups actively building and scaling their business. It offers tailored 1:1 coaching, generalist and specialist mentorship, peer cohort calls, Operator in Residence (OIR) project funding, KPI tracking, and access to workspace and partner networks. Companies typically participate for 12–24 months on a rolling intake basis.
