About this program
The Regional Tariff Response Initiative (RTRI) is a temporary federal measure providing non-repayable contributions of up to $1 million (or repayable contributions over $1 million for major projects) to Quebec manufacturing SMEs adversely impacted by U.S. and Chinese tariffs. Eligible projects must be structuring investments aimed at boosting productivity, improving competitiveness, reducing costs, or diversifying markets. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the budget allocation is exhausted.
