About this program

CED will invest $30M to support the economic transformation of Montréal's East End through projects led by SMEs and NPOs that foster revitalization, attractiveness, and sustainable reindustrialization. For SMEs, financial assistance covers up to 50% of authorized costs (repayable, interest-free); for NPOs, non-repayable assistance covers up to 90% of authorized costs. Projects must generate economic, environmental, or social spin-offs in the targeted territory.
