About this program
Stream Two provides competitive grants of $25,000 (up to $100,000 for Legacy Projects) for high-impact projects that enhance outdoor dining, animate public spaces, and attract visitors to dining districts. Priority given to projects outside the downtown core and in inner suburban neighbourhoods. Projects must be completed and final reports submitted by January 13, 2027.
