About this program
The City of Toronto's Capacity Buyback Program encourages water conservation by offering eligible industrial, commercial, and institutional organizations a free water audit and one-time cash rebates of up to 30 cents per litre of water saved per average day for implementing permanent water efficiency measures. Organizations can receive up to $3,000 per implementation cycle based on verified water savings.
