Grants to improve the appearance and/or function of curb lane cafés, commercial patios, and sidewalk cafés on commercial and industrial properties in Toronto. Covers up to 50% of eligible costs (max $5,000 for core improvements, plus up to $2,500 for accessibility improvements and up to $1,000 for professional fees).
